Biscayne Harbor Shops: A 50,000 SF strip retail center located on Biscayne Boulevard in the heart of Aventura.  Its tenant’s include Vitamin Shop, AT&T, 50% of the tenants are institutional grade credit. The retail center built in 1983, was renovated and repositioned in 2014, and sold shortly thereafter.
