Laura Tauber

Laura Tauber was born and raised in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. She relocated to Miami and received her undergraduate and MBA from University of Miami. Her career began in Finance underwriting and providing debt for income producing real estate. 

 

She co-founded Taubco in 1999, as a vertically integrated real estate development and management company, and has developed properties in and around South Florida for more than two decades.  

 

Her expertise includes land acquisition for assemblage and development, as well as analysis, strategic design and financial structure.  Throughout the past two decades, she has developed and operated numerous property types including retail shopping centers, office buildings, mixed-use buildings, single tenant retail and multi-family projects exceeding one million square feet. She is known for the high quality of her projects, prominent locations and strong relationships with financial institutions and national tenants.
