Taubco announce One Kane Concourse, Bay Harbor’s only trophy office building
Miami based real estate development firm Taubco today announced a joint venture and a significant construction loan for One Kane Concourse, the only trophy office building on Miami’s Bay Harbor Islands and the only Class A office building in Miami to offer private boat access and dockage. Located at 9551 E Bay Harbor Drive and diagonally across from the Bal Harbor Shops, the boutique 125,000-square-foot building will offer 75,000 square feet of ultra-luxury office space and a ground-floor waterfront restaurant. The joint venture has appointed Cushman & Wakefield to lead leasing efforts for the building.
